Terms of Service — Beta Draft

SnoutScout is an independent third-party Discord community-management service. Beta features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while testing is completed. Discord, VRChat, game publishers, payment providers, and storage providers do not sponsor or control SnoutScout.

A server owner or authorized administrator is responsible for configuring roles, permissions, ticket categories, retention, connected storage, and verification policies lawfully. Administrators must not use SnoutScout to harass users, collect unnecessary personal data, or evade another platform’s rules.

A group that enables human-reviewed 18+ verification is responsible for deciding whether that workflow is lawful and appropriate for its community. SnoutScout provides privacy and access controls but cannot guarantee that an image visible to a human cannot be captured. Suspected false or stolen identification may be denied and escalated under the group’s disclosed policy.

SnoutScout may suspend access for security threats, fraud, abuse, trial circumvention, chargeback misuse, unlawful conduct, or material violations. Final warranty, liability, dispute, and governing-law language requires review by a qualified Texas attorney before launch.
