Support and Data Requests — Beta

Official contact methods will be published before public launch. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents through general support.

Product support

During controlled Beta testing, use the approved private SnoutScout testing channel or owner-designated contact. The future official community will provide separate Bug Report and Suggestion workflows.

Privacy and data requests

Identity, access, correction, deletion, export, and privacy requests require verification before records are disclosed or changed. Some billing, security, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained.

Security reports

Do not publish vulnerabilities or sensitive logs. Use the future private security-reporting contact so the issue can be investigated without exposing customers or credentials.
