SnoutScout may process Discord user, guild, role, channel, message, ticket, staff-workflow, verification-status, dashboard-account, configuration, security-event, and audit metadata needed to provide the selected features.

If a group enables 18+ verification, an applicant is instructed to cover their legal name, address, document number, signature, barcode, QR code, and all fields except photo and date of birth, then include a separate note with their Discord username and current date. Evidence is stored temporarily, excluded from transcripts and archives, and scheduled for deletion after a decision or expiry.

Stripe processes payment-card and bank details. SnoutScout keeps only the minimum customer, guild, checkout, invoice, entitlement, consent, fraud, dispute, and delivery references required for operations and records. Security IP information is restricted, minimized, and never used alone to decide fraud.

Official-community bug and suggestion content will not be used by SnoutScout to train models. Approved AI processing must be disclosed and minimized. Customer archive storage is not offered. Tower-backed archiving is a private exception limited to explicitly approved owner-controlled groups.
