Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy — Beta Draft

Pack Member is the no-charge plan. Pack Supporter, Pack Leader, and Pack Legend may be offered as subscriptions or clearly labeled non-renewing prepaid access. A planned 14-day first-group trial is recorded once per Discord guild and cannot be reset by removing and re-adding the bot.

Subscription price, interval, trial end, renewal behavior, and included features must be shown before checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not erase required business records or immediately delete configuration.

Digital-service purchases are generally intended to be non-refundable after access begins, except where required by law or an approved policy. SnoutScout may submit data-minimized evidence showing service use in a payment dispute and provides an appeal path for fraud-related suspension.

Voluntary one-time support payments grant no subscription, feature, storage, priority, quota, or charitable tax benefit. A contribution is separate from purchasing SnoutScout service.
